Financial Controller (all gender)

• ensures the planning, control and control of the corporate goals and specific functions and processes
• coordinates and controls financial and operational results, including budget monitoring and adjustment
• monitors the achievement of objectives in the areas of cost, time and quality and supports management in decision-making
• analyzes qualitative and quantitative performance data compared to budgets/objectives and identifies risks and opportunities
• if necessary, guides countermeasures to improve financial performance and coordinates them with relevant departments
• plans and monitors resource use and personnel use in accordance with the corporate objectives and the function strategy
• are responsible for consolidated financial reporting and ensures compliance and consistency in financial processes
• supports MA activities and the implementation of industrial strategy

• have completed a degree in business management or finance (at least Master/Diplom)
• brings with it experience in controlling and finance and have sound knowledge in the analysis and management of business processes
• has comprehensive IT skills, especially in MS Office and SAP
• are reliable in communication in German and English
• have a high degree of sense of responsibility, resilience and organizational skills
• work independently, structured and capable of understanding and communicating complex financial and operational relationships
