To strengthen our team of B-Kids we are looking for one at the next time:

Your main tasks include the qualified education, care, education and promotion of children in the group as well as the corresponding observation and documentation.

You are also responsible for the further development of the quality of educational work.

In addition, you support the implementation of the pedagogical concept.

The cooperation and design of the education and training partnership with parents and all colleagues is also one of your tasks.

The incorporation, consultation and guidance of new employees, educators in the year of recognition and interns complete your area of responsibility.

You are educators, graduate teacher, graduate of social education, childhood education, or have another qualified degree in the field of early childhood education, care and education.

You have already gained professional experience and knowledge in the field of infant education and/or early education.

Flexibility and understanding of a pronounced service orientation are obvious to you.
