Head of the MRP department with the areas MRP (Nahverkehr, Charter, Collective Goods Lines) and Administration (Sammelgut Input and Output, Packmittelmanagement) taking into account the cost-effectiveness Control of the workflow and coordination of holiday planning of employees Continuous development of the area through action plans, improvement of structures, based on statistics and implementation of these, in consultation with the forwarding line Examination of unfinished tours and control of delivery quality (Service Excellence) Preparation of order data in our forwarding program for a smooth billing

Completed commercial training in the field of forwarding & logistics services or comparable training/studies in the field of transport and logistics Finded experience in the disposition within a forwarding and knowledge of partial and complete loads as well as collective goods traffic First leadership experience as well as ability to motivation and advance the team Strong understanding of cost structures and KPIs Impressed communication and enforcement strength, service orientation and initiative Hands-on mentality and closeness to operational practice Good knowledge of English
