performing the sampling/ commissioning as well as optimizing new tools and production equipment within the context of the APQP process Development and optimization of injection molding parameters (silicon and multicomponent components) from initial sample phase to series maturity Implementation and monitoring of quality features during the production/patterning process (product and production quality) Participation in the definition of technical boundary conditions (product/tool/process quality) for new customer projects from the supply phase to the standard maturity Compilation of specifications and coordination, support and coordination of suppliers and service providers Creation of technical specifications (e.g. working instructions) as well as training in the field of injection molding, process and tool technology in silicone and multicomponent injection molding. Developing measures to optimize existing production concepts with the aim of economic and qualitative improvement and support for CDP projects Maintenance measures (tools, peripherals, etc.) in silicone and multi-component injection molding

Completed design for plastic moulder or technician Technical training desirable Multiannual professional experience in the field of plastic, silicone and multi-component injection molding Good knowledge of properties and processing methods (processes) of silicone and other plastics Knowledge of tool technology and basic knowledge of TS 16949 Process-oriented action and enforcement Teamability, performance and method skills Problem solving skills and a logical and structured way of working Good PC (MS Office) and English knowledge
