Development and implementation of a holistic SEO strategy in line with the growth goals of the e-commerce sector Close coordination with product management, performance marketing and e-commerce team Professionalization of search marketing processes in cooperation with performance and content marketing identification and prioritization of central growth levers (e.g. content automation, AI-based keyword clustering, product data optimization) Content optimization & keyword strategy

Coaching and further development of the content team with regard to SEO performance goals Use of data-driven keyword and intent analyses for content privacy along the customer journey Development and introduction of content guidelines as well as responsibility for the content governance of the online editor Performance Analysis & Technical SEO Control of technical SEO projects focusing on structured data and performance optimization in close coordination with web development Definition, tracking and analysis of relevant SEO KPIs (e.g. organic content of conversions, ROI of SEO initiatives) Establishment and integration of SEO-specific KPIs into internal reporting structures

Multiannual relevant professional experience in SEO, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environment Detectable successes in building or scaling organic traffic in online trading A deep understanding of technical SEO aspects and modern web technologies Embossed analytical skills in data interpretation, forecasting and ROI calculation Knowledge of tracking, data modeling and attribution logic Experience in stakeholder management as well as in deriving data-based action recommendations on C levels A good understanding of UX, conversion optimization and product data management as interfaces to SEO success Experience in agile project structures and cross-functional cooperation Strong communication and leadership skills, including coaching of SEO and content teams Experience in developing international SEO strategies is beneficial
