We are looking for a performance manager (m/w/d) for our location in Badem or our company headquarters in Föhren. We are therefore particularly pleased with applications from the region and the nearby achievable surrounding area.

In this key position, you work closely with the management and support the strategic development of our company through professional project and performance management.

Your tasks Strategy & performance management Support for management in the implementation of strategic business objectives Analysis of corporate and project performance and derivation of concrete recommendations for action Regular reporting to management on progress, risks and results of strategic initiatives Development of the project management organisation (PMO) Further development and professionalization of existing PMO structures Introduction and Optimization of Project Management Standards, Processes and Governance Guidelines Support for the fields of application of modern project management methods Project control & project controlling Monitoring and control of strategic projects in terms of quality, time and achievement Identification of risks, bottlenecks and optimization potentials within ongoing projects Ensuring transparent communication and tracking of project progress Operational project work & implementation responsibility Active cooperation in strategically relevant projects and initiatives Takeover of project or subproject responsibility for selected projects Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholders Cross-border cooperation Coordination of tasks, resources and coordination between business areas Promoting effective and targeted cooperation between all stakeholders Support of management in organisational and strategic change processes

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, economic engineering, project management, business management or a comparable qualification High level of initiative, self-organisation and entrepreneurial thinking Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High transposition strength and pronounced hands-on mentality Safe handling of common project management, reporting, office and AI tools

Compulsory qualifications

Experience in the management and implementation of cross-departmental projects as well as in the construction and development of organisational and process structures Extensive understanding of KPI systems, reporting, corporate management and performance management Experience in budget and risk management as well as in the creation of business cases and cost-effectiveness analyses Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as safe occurrence at all levels of business Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
