As a WIG-Schweisser (m/w/d) for the automotive industry, you ensure precise connections in the automotive industry, where clean work and a good eye for details count. In this role, you work on complex sheet metal pipe connections and contribute to the reliable further processing of high-quality components.

• You weld complex sheet metal pipe connections with high accuracy and a safe look for quality.
• The preparation of the components and the careful alignment of the workpieces are your everyday work.
• During welding, you pay attention to clean seams, dimensional accuracy and consistently good results.
• After processing, check the finished parts on visible errors and take over the simple quality control.
• In 3-shift operation, you work in a structured manner and keep an overview even with changing operating times.
• You keep workflows and make sure your results meet the requirements in series production.
• Depending on the application, you also support the documentation and preparatory activities around the manufacturing process.

We are looking for

A reliable entry into the field of WIG welding is sought, ideal for professional entry or for first practical experience in the metal sector. Clean work, technical understanding and the willingness to take part in the layer model are important.

• Complete training in the metal sector or first practical experience in WIG welding are advantageous, but also a motivated career entry can fit.
• A safe handling of technical drawings or work instructions facilitates entry.
• Care, concentration and good quality awareness are particularly important in this role.
• Willingness for 3-shift operation and flexible handling of working time are assumed.
• Working time: 3-shift operation.
• Layer models: 3-layer.
• Teamability, reliability and an independent way of working help you in the daily routine.
• Craft skills and a safe handling of welding tasks complete your profile.
