ID: 1000_000358 In the Vitos accompanying psychiatric services Rheingau, we provide care for adult people with mental disabilities and addiction in their social area. Our support is based on the “Personnel-centred Integrated Participation Planning (PIT)” and on the principles of normalization and integration. We are now looking for a social worker or a pedagogical specialist for the living of Eltville-Rheinblick.

You accompany and treat people with mental disability and addiction You take tasks as a coordinating reference You promote the independence of our clients through individual, life-structural and promotional support according to the current personal-centric integrated participation planning and our conception You are in close cooperation in the community psychic association and with the cooperation partners You take over documentation and administrative work

You have a completed study as a social pedagogue or alternatively a completed training as an educator/in or healer teacher/in You already have experience in the care of people with mental disabilities / addiction diseases You have a high level of professional and personal commitment You convince with your communicative competence, decision-making and enforcement Experience in dealing with the “Personnel-centred Integrated Management Plan (PIT)” or to acquire this You have a passenger car license and have a PC license (MS Office)
