Service Assistance (m/f/d)

● You are the friendly first contact in the car house by phone and in person, take up customer requests in a timely manner, forward them to the relevant contact persons in service and sales and ensure a consistently positive customer experience. ● You will forget workshop appointments via MPO, tune the planning with the service consultants and the workshop management, fill the schedule and collect all relevant customer and order data completely digitally. ● You create and process invoices, combine workshop and service services, provide the necessary data and reliably support the service team in the organizational and administrative tasks of the daily business.

● You have completed technical or commercial training, preferably in a car house, as well as ideally over several years of professional experience as service assistance in the automotive industry. ● You work conscientiously and organized, are punctually, flexible and team-capable and convince by high performance and a pronounced customer orientation with polite appearance. ● You have very good IT user knowledge, are ready to actively develop digital processes, and can be used within service times and alternately on Saturdays; a driving permit of class B is desired.
