Your day looks like this: • In the 2-shift system and weekend services, together with our team, you can design the leisure of our 16 adult clients in the group • With empathy and humour you provide a reliable daily routine • They support our clients in all areas of life management, which cannot be managed by themselves and implement individual participation planning • The trust-building cooperation with members and legal advisors is also one of your tasks • If necessary, ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our clients • You accompany the holiday trips of our clients from farm holidays to flight travel
