Transfer of knowledge from the Group to the Deutsche Schindler Group and to the Dual Brand Organisation Training for new products and support for selected construction sites in product launches Participation in the design and development of new training courses as well as the creation of associated training documents in the most diverse learning methods (practice training, presentations, e-learnings, videos, ARNR) Edit and develop existing training documents and training documents Training and training courses for trainers and employees Support of the technical support and contact person for questions in the field of elevator technology Close cooperation with regional units and regional trainers

(m/w/d), Monteur (m/w/d) or comparable Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with additional qualification ''Electricity for defined activities'' Safe handling of MS Office and common PC application software as well as basic knowledge in English Ability to create structured error analysis and use of tools for diagnosis and troubleshooting (RMP, CADI, PNC, etc.) Preferably knowledge/experience in performing technical trainings readiness to travel between training facilities, in case of support requests also nationwide Interest in the use of various media, such as development of training hardware, creation of videos, e-learnings or AR/VR/XR and future technologies Drivers of a safety culture, a high degree of initiative and planning and organisational competence Embossed customer and service orientation, communication skills, team-capable, safe occurrence and presentation before groups and work at eye level
