The electrification of vehicle fleets is a central component of the mobility transition and opens up exciting challenges in the interaction of vehicles, charging infrastructure, energy and digital services. As an intern in product management, you support our team in the planning, preparation and implementation of international product roll-outs as well as continuous product development. You work closely with different markets as well as internal and external departments. Together with us, shape the future of the electric fleet shop and gain exciting insights into the development of innovative B2B charging solutions at Mercedes-Benz. You are working on exciting projects in cooperation with sales, international markets, as well as marketing and communication in the car and van environment. These challenges include: Support for the further development of innovative charging and service solutions for fleet customers Cooperation with internal and external departments and participation in projects along the entire product lifecycle. Analysis of market, competition and customer developments and derivation of recommendations for action Support for international roll-out projects in close cooperation with sales, markets, marketing, communication and other fields Planning and organisation of workshops, events and trade fairs Creation of meaningful presentations, communication documents and management reports Supporting internal and external communication by creating content for press, social media and other communication channels Participation in the development of innovative pre-sales tools, in particular the Mercedes-Benz eCharging Planners Support in the design and prioritization of new functions as well as performing functional and end-to-end tests and documentation of optimization potentials Support for the international roll-out of the Mercedes-Benz eCharging Planner, among other things in the coordination of market-specific requirements
