Creation of sequential orders by technicians Collection of new orders in Salesforce and ERP system Processing of various customer requests in Salesforce Proactive telephone contact Monitoring of shipment portals of shipping partners Editing bulk mailbox in Outlook of the entire department Continuing existing orders

Commercial training or comparable qualifications Mind. 1 year of professional experience in customer service and/or disposition Customer friendliness and team skills Solution-oriented and independent work Good knowledge of MS Office programs and ERP systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
