Task Force Manager - Pipe Coordination (m/f/d)

Structuring, organisation and optimization of procedures and processes in all project phases of the department; Know-how carrier for the field Project support for overarching technical issues, setup and management of task forces, analysis of project requirements and creation of presentations/decision templates for internal and external stakeholders Further development of the specialist group in new, relevant topics and methods incl. implementing necessary development methods; Ensuring complex interfaces and design tasks Checking the work results with regard to quality, compliance with internal and external standards as well as time requirements; independent support in the design via the EPC+ chain including the communication interfaces Support of the group leader in organizational tasks: employee selection, on-boarding, further development of the group of experts and technical support of the project roles (SV, RI, FI, etc.) No disciplinary responsibility for the department, but responsibility for knowledge transfer and continuous further development of the department After completion of the incorporation and the full takeover of the tasks, a grouping into the EC 11 is provided.

Complete study in the field of machine construction, shipbuilding, construction engineering, industrial engineering mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification Long-term professional experience in project management (ideally certification according to IPMA) and construction engineering with multi-year experience in managing and controlling development projects as well as in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams Knowledge of relevant laws, standards and standards in product safety, understanding of technical but also business processes and quality standards as well as safe handling of MS-Office, 3D CAD systems (Siemens NX) and SAP Embossed leadership qualities, communication and team skills, empathy and conflictability Embossed analytical thinking, problem solving and organizational talent
