• Analyze the potential for improvement and the standardization options to increase the efficiency of the business processes within the trading operations based on a holistic front-to-end view

• Evaluate the possibilities for further digitization of existing business processes in this area as part of your analysis

• Make sure business process improvements run smoothly without affecting the daily operation

• Support the introduction of our Operational Excellence & Digital Vision in Commercial Operations

• Ensure close cooperation with the IT network of Commercial Operations and support them

• Ensure close cooperation with process owners as well as digital and OE experts in commercial operations

• Support the development of skills and thinking for continuous improvement in commercial operations

• Integrate into the digital and surgical extract communities at Uniper

• Professional experience in digitization is essential

• Expert knowledge in Power BI is required

• Embossed IT affinity in the context of Microsoft cloud services, cognitive services, workflow services and integration into Uniper's existing IT landscape

• Strong willingness to practice intellectual curiosity in an intercultural environment

• Passion and knowledge in business process design and its automation from a front-to-end perspective

• Strong self-responsibility with an independent, responsible working style

• Flowing English skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office services and sales and commercial applications
