Our team supports managers and management in challenging situations and accompanies business processes – wherever it “humanises”. From the start, you will get the opportunity to work directly in exciting projects and gain valuable insights into corporate processes. Organize activities: Support in designing and implementing different programs to further develop our corporate culture Real projects: cooperation in designing and implementing various workshop formats New design: Creating presentations Creating basics: Visual preparation of qualitative and quantitative data

Basics: Complete basic studies in the field of human resources management, organisational development, social sciences or comparable discipline Knowledge: very good knowledge in MS-Office Communication: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English Your Special Skills: structured and independent way of working, strong communication skills and quick understanding
