In the position as a machine operator (m/w/d) for plastics and rubber processing, you play an essential role in a traditional company with a long history in the Radeberg region. You enter modern injection molding systems and make a decisive contribution to the production of high-quality molded parts made of plastic, silicone and rubber. You expect a variety of tasks in a well-planable 3-layer system without weekend work. Your workplace gives you the opportunity to grow in a collegial team and use offers to take over.

• Operating and monitoring of injection molding systems of various factories such as DESMA, MAPLAN, BOY and ENGEL
• Ensure the quality standards of the molded parts produced by regular checks
• Conducting small maintenance and repair work on the machines
• Work in a structured 3-layer system without weekend work
• Documentation of production processes

We are looking for

Are you burning for precise work in production? Excellent! We are looking for a dedicated machine operator (m/w/d), who deals with his own initiative and deed. A successful vocational training is advantageous, but motivated cross-comers with a fast understanding are also welcome.

• Complete vocational training, preferably in the technical or craft sector (maximum possible)
• Professional experience in machine guidance, ideally in plastics or rubber processing
• ready for shift operation without weekend work
• Self-employed, reliable and motivated work
• Team skills and a collegial and friendly approach
• Secure knowledge of German in word and writing
