You lead and develop a team according to the Melitta leadership principles

You continuously optimize data quality and efficiency in the accounting processes responsible

You develop and implement standardizations, harmonisations and digitizations of the responsible accounting processes

You ensure compliance requirements of the Melitta Group

You accompany and coordinate internal and external audits

You secure all accounting processes in the main book area and meet the relevant accounting and tax regulations for the supervised companies

At the beginning, you lead the accounting of an operating company to know the processes

You judge accounting facts auditable according to HGB and IFRS

You ensure the auditability of the annual financial statements both according to HGB and IFRS

You advise the supervised companies in matters of operational accounting

You have successfully completed your studies in economics or in a similar field with the focus on accounting/controlling. Alternatively, you have a commercial training with further training to the account holder, accountant or tax advisor

You have been able to gain many years of professional experience in accounting and have already acquired leadership responsibility, ideally in the shared service environment

You have very good accounting skills according to HGB and IFRS as well as experience with monthly, quarterly and annual accounts

You convince us with your strong SAP FI knowledge

You can safely master the German and English language

You are a communicative and analytical team player with responsibility
