Construction manager for landscaping/sports field construction (m/f/d)

Do you want to be responsible for exciting projects, create visible results and manage construction projects from start to finish? Then take over a key role in the building management of demanding sports facilities and sports fields in the outdoor area as well as outdoor facilities. As a construction manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the successful implementation of the projects – from preparation to construction site control to completion. You coordinate teams, keep costs and appointments in mind and ensure that planning becomes a reality.

Our client is an established, medium-sized family company located in the garden, landscape and civil engineering area of Memmingen. With decades of experience, modern technical equipment and a strong focus on quality and sustainability, the company is one of the leading providers in its region. Responsible building management and control of projects in sports facilities and landscape construction Organisation and coordination of construction site teams, subcontractors and suppliers Ensuring appointments, quality and economic project execution Coordination with contracting entities, planners and internal project participants Documentation of progress and monitoring of costs and construction processes

Education or studies in the field of gardening and landscape construction, civil engineering, road construction, landscape construction or civil engineering Experience in construction management or project execution of construction sites and safe handling in the LPH 1-8 Organizational strength and entrepreneurial thinking Ideally, first experience with floor coverings and carrying capacities in the outdoor area Communication strength and safe appearance to customers, teams and partners and structured, self-responsible operation
