Ensuring and further developing our high customer satisfaction Process-compliant handling of incoming requests from our customers of the pharmaceutical industry by phone and email Direct cooperation with the Key Account Managment (e.g. in market analysis and initiating new customer relationships) Clearing and complaint processing Date coordination and monitoring Control and approval of invoices in the system

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in customer service of advantage, ideally in the pharmaceutical and/or logistics industry High service orientation Structured, independent and result-oriented working methods Safe handling of the MS Office package Good SAP knowledge Good knowledge of English Teamability and Communication Strength
