Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Consumption, processing and coordination of customer requests and complaints in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments Proper allocation of submitted complaints within the Business Unit and requesting opinions Processing of transactions with customers including production of supplier orders for technical findings and comments Creation of technical opinions and disclosure to customers in German and English Creation of offers for the handling of maintenance orders Maintenance of relevant data in the system to ensure traceability and time tracking and compliance

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience in technical customer service or comparable areas desirable Knowledge of InforLN, CPS and MES of advantage as well as a very good handling of MS Office desired Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills of advantage Quick conception, independent working and team skills and flexibility
