Plant Documentation Specialist – Senior Level (m/f/d)

You control technical project documentation so that all documents are available completely, correctly and on time. Existing documentation landscapes structure and develop registers and overviews in the project context. Technical documents check, name and version them consistently and track them across the entire project. Open points, missing documents and tracers will keep you in mind and actively control them via the relevant interfaces. Transmittals, handover lists and documentation packages are available on your own and you agree with the responsible project participants. You can ensure compliance with existing documentation requirements and contribute to their pragmatic development in the project. In close coordination with engineering, purchasing, project management and suppliers, you clarify inconsistencies and drive themes ahead – even without direct power of instruction. Through your presence at the customer's premises, you make sure that documentation and real project processes are closely interlinked. Transparency about documentation stands is created by your work and forms the basis for sound decisions, reviews and decreases.

Multiannual experience as a Document Controller, Documentation Specialist or in a comparable role in complex project environments. In industrial, plant engineering, TGA, infrastructure or EPC projects you have already moved safely and know typical project structures from practice. The routined handling of DMS/EDMS systems, document registers, revision stands and Excel is part of your everyday work. You understand documentation processes not only in the application, but also develop them in the project context. A structured, meticulous and binding way of working distinguishes you, even in dynamic project phases. You actively control themes across interfaces and ensure a commitment, even without disciplinary responsibility. Sovereign communication with different stakeholders is one of your strengths, as well as a clear and solution-oriented approach to challenges. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile. .
