Product Development Extracts (m/w/d)

**ABILITY LIST OF MISCHUNG – EXPENDITURE

As an employee (m/w/d) in the product development department, you have fun in laboratory work and experimentation, pleasure in recruiting approaches and recipes as well as a good hand in handling large appliances in the technical industry. They work targeted development orders from the idea, from the first laboratory prototypes to and including technology conversion and enrich us with your creativity. The following activities are included in your task:

• Developing laboratory samples in compliance with food, commercial and application aspects
• Conducting extraction, work-up and spray-drying experiments in the technical environment
• Evaluation and assessment of instrumental-analytical measurements
• Conducting laboratory measurements for the functional characterization of products
• Sensory assessment of raw materials and products
• Creating and maintaining materials and development recipes in SAP
• Coordinating and providing the product samples
• Close cooperation with other development and interface departments

NATIVE QUALIFIED – YOUR PROFIL

• Successfully completed training in a food profession (re-education to the technician (m/w/d) desirable) or, for example, as a chemical laboratory (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in handling HPLC devices of advantage
• Careful, accurate and scientifically based work
• Funded knowledge in the current MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Fun at work in the team as well as flexibility in customer requirements and new product requirements
