Quality Assurance and Metrology Staff (m/f/d)

You process customer and supplier complaints in a targeted manner and align yourself with the relevant contact persons for quality deviations. You test complex precision components according to drawings, test plans and customer specifications and perform initial sampling and series testing. You serve 3D coordinate measuring machines. You plan test procedures for complex workpieces using technical drawings and set the tests in the CAQ system. You test measurement results and document them in a standard manner. You analyze deviations, support corrective measures and work closely with manufacturing, assembly, sales and purchasing.

A completed technical training, for example as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification. Experience in quality assurance as well as practice in industrial measurement technology is advantageous. A safe handling of technical drawings as well as shape and position tolerances. A good technical understanding of manufacturing processes and tolerance chains. A careful, structured way of working and a pronounced quality awareness. Communication strength, team spirit and willingness to take responsibility.
