Operational management of the building staff in the areas of warehouses, castles and KFZ Staff and fleet management, facility management, disposal organisation and audit Planning, control and monitoring of personnel use and tasks Ensuring material availability for construction sites and coordination of orders including Tracking of delivery dates Quality control of goods inputs and testing of tools and equipment internally & externally Coordination of construction site transport and machine inserts

Completed technical or commercial training or comparable qualification - ideally with experience in the building or warehouse environment Management experience in personnel management and deployment planning Knowledge of materials management, fleet and facility management Experience in handling hazardous goods regulations and management systems (e.g. Hilti Ontrack) Organisational and coordination strength with high self-initiative Communication and enforcement capability in cooperation with internal and external partners
