You are responsible for the handling and coordination of ongoing maintenance, framework and service contracts for our construction and technical installations You are contact (m/w/d) for users and external companies You support and advise on maintenance measures under maintenance contracts You plan, coordinate and monitor repairs, construction and rehabilitation measures You carry out construction and building visits You support budget planning

You have completed technical training, e.g. as a construction engineer, plant mechanic, construction designer, craft master (m/w/d), in facility management or comparable Ideally, You have first experience in supporting construction projects, maintenance, maintenance or technical building operations with You have technical understanding and interest in construction and building technology You are familiar with technical and construction regulations dealing with MS Office is familiar to you and you bring an affinity for digital tools or the willingness to work into it You are powerful, durable and team capable You have an independent, structured and reliable operation You have a class B driving licence
