• Processing of telephone and written customer requests for car insurance
• Documentation and, if necessary, forwarding of requests
• Making decisions under existing powers

Your profile

As a specialist, you should bring customer service KFZ-Versicherung (m/w/d):

• Completed commercial training or comparable knowledge
• Ideally experience in the automotive sector
• Used in dealing with MS-Office programs
• High customer and service orientation
