Group Management Fleet Logistics (m/f/d)

Our commercial vehicles play a decisive role in our rental service for textiles. With them, our service drivers are on their way to our customers to deliver clean textiles and pick them up after use. Here you take over the optimal personnel deployment and tour planning as well as the operational planning of our commercial vehicles as a result of costs and results. You ensure that all service drivers and vehicles that you are subject to are used. You will always have a look at the goals of the site and the implementation of quality management. Compliance with all legal requirements is of course for you. Work and traffic safety is also a priority for you. You identify potential for optimization and work to implement the measures adopted. Together with the responsible department manager, you take responsible leadership tasks: You guide and promote your service drivers professionally, develop the team and keep both the small details as well as the “big whole” in a targeted view. The communication with employees, supervisors as well as all internal interfaces gives you pleasure and is of course for you.

You have completed a training as a forwarding businessman (m/w/d) or a similar training, have already developed experience in logistics and are professional? You have already successfully managed, motivated and promoted in their professional and personal development You have secure user knowledge in MS Office applications as well as secure and routined use of common IT tools on the PC. And personally? You can see yourself as a communicative team player with leadership skills that makes everything possible to achieve its goals.
