You ensure that our technical facilities run reliably and take over their commissioning, disconnection and control during the ongoing operation of the shopping center My Zeil Frankfurt (MZF). In the case of technical malfunctions, you are the first respondent and perform the first diagnosis as well as, if necessary, minor repair work. In addition, you take over the planning of budgets, control maintenance and construction measures as well as commission work and make sure that the home order is complied with. You care for close and trusting relationships with tenants, authorities and foreign companies. In the absence of the Technical Manager, you take over his representation and are a contact person for the technical staff.

You have successfully completed a training as a master or technician – ideally in the field of electrical engineering. In addition, you are well aware of the planning, construction and operation of modern home technology and bring with you first relevant professional experience. Thanks to your organizational stylist, you keep a cool head in unforeseen situations and quickly find sovereign solutions. In addition, you are a team player and willing to take responsibility for smaller projects, testify to your independent work and are ready to work in the shift and standby service. Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of German and good English skills in word and writing complete your profile.
