Your position For our new office in Brühl we are looking for a dedicated/n wholesale and foreign trade businesswoman / -mann (m/w/d) with the focus on order management & customer support, which supports our daily business as a commercial all-rounder.

Central contact point for our customers – telephone and written Acceptance, processing and coordination of customer and service orders Support for existing customers and support in consulting requests Support for sales in the event of tendering and order processing Commercial handling of orders incl. Invoicing Purchasing goods and services and coordination with suppliers Order processing, delivery date monitoring and receipt control Preparation and maintenance of test protocols, reports and documentation Close cooperation with external services and technicians

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) (alternative commercial training, e.g. office management – also welcome cross-comers) Professional experience in order management, customer service, purchasing or sales desirable Safe handling of MS Office applications Structured, reliable and independent operation Communication strength, team capacity and customer orientation Own initiative, sense of responsibility and organizational talent Interest in technical products and fire protection
