Advice and training of people with diabetes type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes as part of individual and group training and regular quarterly checks Adjustment to modern insulin therapies and diabetes technology (e.g. CGM, insulin pumps) You work interdisciplinary with doctors, MFA and other consultants You are responsible for the documentation of services provided and training contents in our practical software

You have a completed training for diabetes counselor (m/w/d) or are currently in training. As an alternative : you are diabetes assistant (m/w/d) DDG - Ecotrophologe/in (m/w/d) -Krankenpfleger/in (m/w/d) and would like to become a diabetes advisor (m/w/d) DDG You have empathy, empathy and fingertip feeling in the patient care High level of responsibility, reliability, discretion as well as a structured and independent way of working Good team capacity and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Interest in continuing training and further development Flowing German in Word and Writing as well as good PC skills
