Technical and disciplinary management of the test field team and ensuring an efficient daily routine Planning, organisation and monitoring of testing equipment Coordination of maintenance, maintenance and modernisation of testing and measuring equipment Interface to development, automation technology, production and maintenance Budget planning and cost and resource control for all test-field-relevant systems Creation, maintenance and further development of documentation, test plans, work and work instructions Continuous optimization of the test equipment, tools, measurement methods and internal processes used Support of adjacent departments and participation in cross-departmental projects (e.g. planning and construction of complex resources)

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification Comprehensive experience in testing and validation of prototypes in the development environment Good knowledge of drive technology, pneumatics and automation (including PLC basic understanding) Experience in leadership or team leadership desirable Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. machinery directive) Good knowledge of English Impressed leadership and communication strength, analytical thinking and high self-initiative
