To strengthen our sales team at the Essen site, we are looking for you as soon as possible Sales Administrator (m/w/d) Team Amazon full time.

In this role, you support the existing Amazon sales team in administrative tasks, projects and actively help all processes work smoothly. This includes in particular: Support and processing of orders and audit of invoices

Preparation of product listings and uploading in Vendor Central and support in preparing A+ pages

Control of product data on product details and ongoing updating of product catalog

Creation of weekly reporting

Support in creating marketing actions (Vine, Born to Run, Coupons) and preparing Amazon Deals

Active cooperation with various internal teams

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in sales / sales service

Self-employed, structured working supplements with a pronounced numerical understanding, accuracy and analytical skills

Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel

Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and an ERP (e.g. Sage) desirable

Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing

Communication and conflict resolution capabilities with a strong ability to quickly integrate into existing teams and new work structures
