Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Active support of projects
• Coordination of sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Moderation of agile meetings and workshops
• Takeover of SCRUM Process Responsibility
• Support of teams in the effective implementation of changes
• Close coordination with the agile teams and stakeholders
• Support for building a productive agile environment

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Multiannual practical experience in SCRUM or agil Coaching
• Experience in the areas of moderation, coaching, conflict management
• Experiences in the field of project management, process management or quality assurance are desirable
• Structured mode of operation, analytical skills, enforcement capacity and high solution competence
• Very good knowledge of German and English
