Technician/Engineer as Project Coordinator Reporting & Data Analysis (m/f/d)

You analyze reports, check their meaningfulness and create a reliable data base for sound decisions in challenging marine projects. In close cooperation with the departments involved, you can identify information needs, coordinate project-related data and ensure transparency about the current project status. You continuously develop existing Excel reports and tools, optimize data-based workflows and create practical solutions for efficient project management. Provide data according to target groups, create meaningful dashboards and provide relevant information in a comprehensible and clear manner. In addition, you coordinate the import and export of data between different systems, accompany the entry of documents to customers, classification societies and authorities and ensure complete documentation of the flow of information. You test new software features in terms of functionality, quality and ease of use and support the project team with organizational and administrative tasks in the daily business.

You have a further education for the technician (m/w/d) or a successfully completed study, for example in the fields of shipbuilding and marine engineering, maritime technology, industrial engineering, information technology or a comparable field of expertise. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the environment of marine, shipbuilding or Wehrtechnik projects and are interested in complex technical relationships. The safe handling of Microsoft Excel, in particular with Power Query, Pivot tables and other analysis functions, is part of your craftsmanship and allows you to efficiently analyze data and report. Knowledge in Python as well as experience with document management systems are an advantage and help you automate processes and continuously develop digital workflows. Analytical thinkability, a structured and careful way of working as well as a pronounced organizational talent help you to reliably work on complex tasks. Personally, you are convinced by communication strength, team spirit and a good technical understanding. You are happy to work with different disciplines and contribute to the success of demanding projects with their solution-oriented working methods.
