Manager M&A (m/f/d)

For a specialized management consultancy in health and social affairs, we are looking for dedicated personalities who want to advance demanding projects with self-responsibility, analytical strength and willingness to design. The consultancy will support organisations and institutions in particular in the areas of strategy, digitization, crisis management, organisational development and M&A processes. The focus is on the sustainable orientation of structures and business models in the health and social sectors. For M&A, we are looking for a manager M&A (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

Own control and implementation of M&A processes in the social economy (Germany-wide), in particular implementation of strategic and distressed sales procedures, as well as professional and moderate support of mergers Processing of complex strategic issues with passion and a high degree of self-responsibility Positioning in management consulting with ambitious consulting projects Demanding cooperation with the decision-makers of the social system and exciting tasks about the challenges of this important industry

Multiannual professional experience in the social economy, ideally in the company or Organisational development of a (complex) carrier or in the context of M&A projects Outstanding interest in M&A topics, working in interdisciplinary project teams, and taking responsibility successfully completed relevant studies, for example in economics, economics, economics or a comparable field of expertise; ideally complemented by first or multiannual experience in consulting and/or in the M&A environment Experience in project management of challenging and complex projects Quick conception, structured and independent operation and pronounced solution orientation Sympathetic, positive and sovereign appearance, humor as well as a pronounced sense of communication and professional handling of different contact persons
