Media technician for conference and event technology (m/f/d)

Support, operation and maintenance of conference and event technology (Dolmetschanlagen Bosch DICENTIS, Media Control Q-SYS, Videokonferenzsystem MVI, Shure-Sprechstelle) Technical preparation, monitoring and follow-up of conferences and events, including hybrid formats and video conferencing Supporting the associated IT infrastructure in the field of media technology (AV network, surface devices, periphery) Error analysis and troubleshooting on the entire media technology Support of the IT team in 1st level support and in general IT administration in event-free times Documentation of systems and participation in the further development of technical equipment

Complete training in the field of media technology, event technology, IT or electrical engineering (e.g. specialist for event technology, IT system electronics, media designer image/tone) – or comparable professional experience Experience with professional AV/conference technology, ideally with the mentioned systems (Bosch DICENTIS, Q-SYS, Shure) Good general IT skills (network technology, Windows environments, common office applications) Service-oriented and professional appearance in dealing with international conference participants Willingness to work outside regular working hours at evening events or weekend events Good knowledge of German and English Self-employed, reliable working and team skills
