The county planning in the Landratsamt Schwäbisch Hall is a department of the construction and environmental office. For over 50 years, we have been advising and supporting municipalities and cities in the county with creative and individual services for urban and spatial planning tasks. With targeted projects, we are driving the development of the city together. The following shall be placed in the Construction and Environmental Office, the Department of circular planning, as of 01.01.2026.

The place of work is in Schwäbisch Hall-Hessental.

These are your tasks:

• They work independently on construction plans and other urban regulations in coordination with our clients.
• You create urban development concepts (e.g. residential development of a municipality).
• They are contact persons for our clients and advise them on urban issues.

Take this with you:

• a completed study of the field of urban planning or spatial planning Urban or spatial development or a comparable degree as an architect with the field of urban planning, urban or spatial planning
• alternatively work certificates and proofs of further training that show that you have equivalent skills and experience
• good knowledge of building and planning law are advantageous
• Interest in cross-disciplinary and team-oriented cooperation
