Legal Trainee Labour & Social Law (m/f/d)

The process representation extends to all instances and to the Court of Justice of the European Union (ECJ) and the European Court of Human Rights (ECMR). For our office in Cottbus we are looking for a:n Referendar:in (m/d) indefinitely.

You work and social legislation under the guidance of an experienced legal secretary/legal secretary (full lawyer*in). You participate in consultations with clients, works and personnel councils in work, social and administrative areas. Participation in appointments before the Labour and Social Court and, if desired, independent perception of court appointments. You have the opportunity to participate in trainings and specialist events.

You are currently studying law, ideally with the focus on labour law, and have the 1st. Legal state exams successfully completed Your interest in labour and social law is yours. You bring a dedicated and careful way of working. The identification with trade union values and beliefs completes your profile.
