You dispose of fully chartered vehicles and a fixed fleet within the DACHSER network. You plan, control and monitor national and international transports and ensure smooth operation. You ensure an economic and efficient utilization of vehicles taking into account quality, cost and service objectives. You take over the complete administrative handling of transports and vehicles. You coordinate daily transport processing and react proactively to operational deviations or short-term changes. You are in close contact with drivers, branches and service partners within the DACHSER network. You agree closely with the charter position and ensure optimal use of the available transport capacities. You analyse tours, vehicle loads and processes and introduce optimization proposals to increase economic efficiency. You are competent contact persons for all operational issues relating to vehicle use, tour planning and transportation.

You have completed commercial training - ideally as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification. You bring professional experience in the transportation disposition, charter disposition or truck disposition. You work structured, independent and also keep an overview in dynamic situations. You think economically and act in a solution-oriented manner. You convince by communication strength, organizational talent and enforcement ability. You are safely handled with digital MRP, transport management and planning systems. Team spirit, sense of responsibility and a high service orientation complete your profile.
