The Sales Operations Group supports internal sales and processing processes for our subscription products and services. We support our customers in all questions regarding the handling of commercial processes and the use of subscription products. The activity shall include, in particular, the following tasks: Processing of oral and written customer requests and processing of subscription orders including Accounting and complaint management Supporting processes for regular provision and order generation of update deliveries Independent supervision and time monitoring of complex settlements in solution sales Supporting customers in the context of promotions during product change to digital services Detailed advice and presentation of our subscription products as well as execution of customer webinars Conducting tests for commercial implementation in the ERP system for new product developments Creation of documentation and analysis Participation in projects for the design of sales processes

Complete vocational training and multiannual professional experience or studies in commercial or administrative fields High service orientation and pronounced communication skills Quick conception, digital and technical affinity, desire for independent work and pleasure in team work, Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, PowerPoint as well as experience in working with various system/software applications such as publishing software, CRM systems and project management desirable Very good knowledge of German and English
