For our clients, an internationally active consulting company in the field of digitalization, we are looking for a qualified receptionist (m/w/d) for a long-term project at the Hamburg site. The job is now part-time during a 20-hour week and you are convinced by your experience in office management and reception as well as your service orientation and organizational skills. Your tasks:

• First contact for all employees, customers and service providers at the location in Hamburg
• Interface at reception to master and craft services
• Excellent handling of customers at the reception
• Coordination of cleaning and catering, including ordering
• Office organization and accounting
• Coordination of occupational safety and safety measures

Your profile:

• Complete training in office management, hotel management or comparable professional experience
• Ideally, you already have experience in reception, office management or the hotel industry
• They call themselves a friendly and open-minded team player
• Your strengths include service orientation, commitment and flexibility
• You convince with very good MS Office knowledge and good English skills
