Qualification: Training in construction, e.g. as a specialist in track construction, civil engineering or road construction, with further training for the tested polish (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d); alternatively experience as a foreman (m/w/d) Experience: Multiannual experience in track construction, civil engineering or railway infrastructure Knowledge: Safe handling of technical regulations (DB guidelines, VOB, DIN standards) Personality: Structured and Solution-Oriented Work, Team Spirit, Enforcement and Responsibility Enthusiasm: Willingness to weekend, assembly and shift work Mobility: driving licence (class B) required (service cars for private use) and nationwide readiness to travel for construction sites
