Control and monitoring of daily operations Optimization of processes and creation of evaluations for management Coordination and communication between departments Interface to the Human Resources Department: Support in Candidate Management, Onboarding, Care of Personal Data, Organisation of Occupational Investigations, Continuing Training, Training Officer Support for business and business management: scheduling, preparation of meetings and business trips, preparation of presentations and protocols, correspondence in German and possibly English Takeover of special projects by agreement

Completed commercial training or business studies Multiannual experience in operational management or in a comparable assistance function Very good organizational skills, structured and independent working Embossed communication and team skills Safe handling of MS Office High discretion, reliability and initiative Good knowledge of English is advantageous
