System Administrator IT Support and Infrastructure Management (m/f/d)

You support your team around support and system landscape. A focus is on deeper integration of SIKORA systems into group-wide infrastructure – here you work side by side with the central IT department.

1st and 2nd level support: As the first point of contact, you will help employees with application problems. Incident, request and escalation management: You process inquiries, find solutions quickly and ensure complete documentation. Integration & Care: You support the installation of server hardware, applications and necessary updates as well as maintenance of network solutions. IT Security & Resilience: You monitor network performance in terms of availability, usage, data throughput, latency, etc., identify vulnerabilities and initiate actions. Contract management: You make sure that contracts with IT service providers are met in accordance with Service Level Agreement. Agile's project management: In addition to IT projects with a regional focus, you also accompany those of the group of companies with a global reach.

You have a completed IT-related training like e.g. as a specialist in system integration (w/m/d), a study in computer science / IT management or a comparable qualification. Important is experience as a system supervisor, network administrator (w/m/d) or in the further environment of IT support, IT architecture or Infrastructure management. You are fully experienced in managing, managing and monitoring server infrastructures, with deeper know-how in the areas of networks, firewalls, routing and switching. You know well with backup / recovery software and backup methods as well as in the software distribution and packaging (e.g. with SCCM). You work with these tools: Office 365, MS Teams, Skype for Business, SharePoint etc. You think service-oriented and in solutions – for optimal communication between all project participants you bring good knowledge of German and English.
