Medical Research Assistant as Academic Lecturer to support teaching in general medicine (m/f/d)

The Working Group for General and Family Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine OWL is active at the center between university medicine and medical care and plays a central role in shaping the general medical focus of the faculty. The focus is on the training of students in the Bielefeld model study program, the clinical and supply research as well as the cooperation in general medical further education and further education. We work with numerous medical practices in OWL, other cooperation partners of the Faculty of Medicine OWL, the University of Bielefeld, (over) regional networks and other partners in Germany and abroad in research, as well as further education and training. Teaching (45%) Teaching in general medicine to the extent of 8 LVS with full-time incl. Acceptance of the related study and examination services Teaching tasks (15 %) Conception: Development and updating of curricular teaching content including necessary teaching materials and teaching evaluation Executing trainee-the-teacher trainings for lecturers in general medicine as well as recruiting lecturers working in house doctors Implementation of training courses for doctoral students, e.g. as part of the day of general medicine and teaching practices Research tasks (20 %) Medical research in the research fields of the AG with a focus on teaching research and development and implementation of general medical research medically-funded cooperation in the initiation and implementation of (third-party) projects, in particular in the field of teaching and further activities of the AG, such as conferences and workshops Publications and lectures at scientific meetings independent tasks in research and teaching (20 %) Teaching and (teaching)research in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility used by the holder of the body for their own profile development Employment is beneficial for scientific training.
