Use your knowledge acquired during your studies in practice and gain insights into the practical implementation of shopping and negotiation strategies in an exciting business environment. Get to know procurement processes, procurement systems and service provider management within the financial services industry. As a working student*in you support us in the following activities: Supporting members of the Strategic Purchasing team in the tendering process, e.g. in the conclusion of confidentiality agreements, the installation of tenders in the procurement system and the creation of comparisons of offers. Updating templates and purchasing instruments including maintenance and further development of the contract database. Correspondence with internal customers. Promoting cooperation in the cooperative association by supporting regular reporting and exchange of information. Advising colleagues within the Union Investment Group on the uniform and effective application of strategic purchasing instruments. Support in the connection of suppliers to the procurement system and master data maintenance.

You can use this springboard in practice if you bring: Continuous study of economics, law including Business law, business informatics engineer or a comparable degree programme First practical experience desirable, ideal in shopping – but no need Flowing German knowledge in word and writing (English knowledge of advantage) Fun to get deep into shopping and procurement topics Communication skills, structured, independent working and self-initiative combined with friendliness and team skills Safe handling of MS Office products (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required, MS SharePoint knowledge of advantage) You are also available for up to 20 hours/week for up to 12 months (in the semester holidays also possible in full time)?
