The tasks are diverse: research, development, investigation and testing of products and samples of substances are also part of these, such as operational measurements, advice, participation in standardization and regulation, as well as providing specialist information and expert knowledge. Your tasks: As part of the scientific cooperation in the 'Referat Intelligent Technical Systems and Working Environment' unit, you plan, implement and analyze scientific projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and programmable electronic systems for functional safety. Your further tasks include: Testing the functional safety of sensors, devices, machines and assistance systems especially in the context of AI Testing of security-relevant software and AI-based components Advising accident insurance companies and external bodies in scientific and safety issues Working at the KI and Big Data Center (KKI) of the IFA Lectures and publications (inter-)national reach in German and English

Master or Diploma of (technical) computer science, physics, electrical engineering, technical mathematics or equivalent knowledge and experience Knowledge of AI Experience with programming languages such as C/C++ and Python as well as with scientific project management Knowledge of functional safety and electronic circuits desired Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (at least level C1 of the common European reference framework for languages) Embossed team capacity and reliable and solution-oriented operation Ready to join multi-day missions
