Global Head of Quality (m/f/d)

You build this function and perform it. Not as an administrator of a matrix, but as a person who is himself on the subject: You lead the global quality team and personally manage the column Production Quality. Your role You define how Interroll understands world-wide quality, measures us, and you're putting it through in 19 production plants. You are responsible for the Group's global quality strategy, standards and quality performance, and you report directly to the Chief Operations Officer. At the same time, you will personally be responsible for the Column Production Quality: the degree of maturity of the works, the binding minimum standard, a global metric set, the regional support model and the global network of factory quality managers. What are my tasks? Building and guiding the global quality function along the four pillars, including disciplinary leadership of the global quality team Responsibility for the Column Production Quality in Personalunion: ripeness assessment of the 19 works, capacity-based minimum standard, global metric set, 8D process and regional support model Negotiating standards, quality and targeted investments with the managing directors of production plants, at eye level Building a loadable model for quality costs together with the controlling: a definition, a baseline, controllable numbers Personal management of company-critical cases, product safety issues and escalation in key customers Escalation and communication framework for quality topics together with the COO: the management is informed about risks, not about cost sharing Clear demarcation and cooperation with Corporate Management Systems (ISO 9001), Engineering (CE and Product Compliance) and Corporate Integrity (Sustainability, Legal) Professional leadership of the worldwide network of factory quality managers as well as the establishment of methodological competence and quality culture Reporting on quality performance, risks and progress towards COO and management

Complete studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in the quality of an international production company with multiple locations Detectable experience in building or transforming a global quality organization, including standard rollout in works Found experience in factory quality as well as in customer and supplier-related quality topics Sovereignty in managing directors and management, experience in reporting at board level Hands-on-Mentality: Working on the topic, not on the topic Enforcement in the matrix and integrity to address uncomfortable facts early German and English safe to negotiate (mind. C1) readiness for regular international travel
