EY-Parthenon Consultant Performance Improvement - Strategy and Transactions (w/m/d)

As part of our performance improvement team in Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart or Munich, you will advise our customers on strategic issues relating to value creation, efficiency enhancement and optimization of working capital. You can do a variety of tasks: You analyze and evaluate value chains and the operating model for our national and international customers as part of business transactions. You prepare financial analyses as well as operational and carve-out-due diligence reports, often as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary, integrated due diligence team. You support the evaluation and implementation of add-on acquisitions and carve outs in portfolio companies to maximize their growth potential. You identify value-added potentials and help to derive and implement measures that contribute to the sustainable efficiency increase of business models and cost structures. You work closely with your team to master challenges and continuously develop your own skills and knowledge.

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business management, finance, economics, engineering or other quantitative studies and are interested in strategy and transaction consulting. You have gained first practical experience in the strategy, transaction or restructuring consulting - alternatively you bring strategy development or first transaction experiences from the financial or corporate world and have also been active abroad. You have very good communication and negotiation skills in German (mind. C1) and English, as well as safe handling of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint).
